Welcome to Trévou-Tréguignec, on the magnificent pink granite coast, just 1 km from Trestel Beach! This large family home welcomes you for a quiet stay, with a capacity of 7 adults and one child. Enjoy sea views from one side of the house, a spacious green garden and a terrace that surrounds the house, ideal for relaxing in the sun and taking advantage of the barbecue to share an outdoor meal. Nearby, Trestel Beach will delight fans of surfing or swimming, while hikers can take the famous GR34 trail, which runs along the coast and offers breathtaking panoramas. Between walks by the sea, discovering fishing ports, Breton pancakes and seafood, this house is the ideal starting point for a stay in the Côtes-d'Armor.
Push open the front door and discover a large lobby. Directly to the left, the independent kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything you need to cook. For breakfast, you will also find a toaster, kettle and filter coffee maker. At the end on the left is the living room, with direct access to the terrace. You will find a large extendable dining table for 8 people, as well as a warm living room area, perfect for meeting in the evening around the fireplace, sofa, coffee table and television.
On the right of the ground floor is the sleeping area, with a first bedroom equipped with a bunk bed (90x190 cm), whose upper bed is reserved for a child, and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom is a master suite with a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), an adjoining bathroom with bath, shower and WC, as well as access to the terrace. A second independent WC completes this level.
Upstairs, you will discover a second kitchen/dining room, fully equipped in the same way as that on the ground floor except for the fridge. This room gives access to a large 40 m² sea view terrace, with a staircase leading directly to the garden. The sleeping area includes two other bedrooms: a second master suite with Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) and adjoining bathroom with bath and WC, as well as a bedroom with two single beds (80x190 cm). A second bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet are also available upstairs.
Back from the beach, take advantage of an outdoor shower to rinse off.
For added comfort, a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are available.
