Come and discover this charming house located in Urval, in Dordogne, in a calm environment, ideal for you to recharge.

You will appreciate its large garden fitted with a swimming pool and barbecue as well as its fitted covered terrace, perfect for sharing moments of relaxation with family or friends.

Ideal for a group stay, the house can accommodate up to 8 travellers. The accommodation consists of the main house as well as an outbuilding, with a bedroom and a lounge/breakfast area (toaster, kettle and cafetière).

Upon arrival, you will discover a lounge area with sofas and armchairs, conducive to convivial evenings. You can take your meals around the indoor table or enjoy the outdoor furniture. The accommodation also has several stoves and decorative fireplaces. A second lounge will allow you to relax in front of the television or enjoy a moment of reading.

The kitchen, independent and fully equipped (gas and electric hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher), provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will find a toaster, a kettle as well as 3 coffee makers (filter, Nespresso and cafetière).

The accommodation has 4 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 on the ground floor: a king size bed (200 x 200) with its own en-suite bathroom (shower and WC)
- Bedroom 2: a queen size bed (160 x 200) with its own en-suite bathroom (bath and WC)
- Bedroom 3: a queen size bed (160 x 200), a TV and access to its own en-suite bathroom (shower, bath and WC)
- Bedroom 4 (in the annex): a queen size bed (160 x 200) with access to an independent bathroom

A fifth bathroom with shower and bathtub completes the accommodation. All bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer. For added comfort, two washing machines are at your disposal.

You will be able to easily park your vehicles on site.
