Are you looking to relax and explore the beautiful island of Noirmoutier? Come discover this large modern house with an area of 107m2 located in the Herbaudière district at the Point of Noirmoutier-en-l'Ile. It has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. You will have the pleasure of staying just 200 meters from the sea, with the bonus of a sea view from one of the bedrooms!

On the night side, the ground floor also features a beautiful master bedroom with two single beds (80x200) that can be brought together to form a Queen Size bed (160x200). Its adjoining bathroom has a hair dryer, and you will also find a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you can rest in one of the three other rooms in the house: one of them has a beautiful sea view, so hurry up and settle in! The first room has two single beds (80x200) that can be brought together to form a Queen Size bed (160x200). The second has two single beds (90x200) that can be brought together to form a King Size bed (180x200). The third has a double bed (140x200). A bathroom with toilet completes this floor.
Outside the house, you will also have a beautiful 20m2 terrace with a large outdoor table and a charcoal barbecue. Perfect for an outdoor meal and enjoying good summer grilling to share with family or friends.
For even more convenience, you will find a washing machine and a dryer in the laundry room behind the kitchen and you will also have an iron with its ironing board.
