Exploring the Jade Coast is discovering authentic heritage. In Pornic, everything is accessible on foot: beaches, picturesque streets, castle on the old harbour, shops and restaurants.
Atypical house for 3 people on the third level of the famous stairs in the historic centre of Pornic. The 40m² furnished tourist accommodation classified 2** spread over two levels has on the upper floor a double bedroom opening onto the staircase, a shower room and independent WC. Then on the ground floor a living area with dining room and equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle), a TV lounge corner with Wi-Fi and convertible sofa. A second independent WC completes the rental.
A terrace area with table, chairs, lounger, parasol and electric barbecue are at your disposal.
To park as close as possible to your accommodation, favour the public car parks known as "blue zone" in Verdun (northern part) or the Station car park (eastern part), with free spaces and free of charge for a maximum duration of 7 days.
The location is situated in the heart of Pornic's historic centre and is located at:
- 170 m from the "Marché des Halles", shops, craftspeople, art galleries, bars and restaurants
- 220 m from the "Faïencerie de Pornic"
- 350 m from the old Port and "Château de Barbe Bleue"
- 850 m from "la Ria de Pornic" (Garden, Casino, kayaking on "Le Canal de Haute Perche") and from "Pornic SNCF Station"
- 1 km from "Golf Bluegreen Pornic"
- 1.3 km from blue flag beaches. "Plage de la Noëveillard" and "Plage de la Source"
- 1.5 km from "Port de Plaisance" and its departures for excursions to Noirmoutier from July to September

Do not leave without having tasted all the local specialities such as the unique mussels of Bouchots de La Plaine sur Mer, the famous Ice creams and jams of "La Fraiseraie", the delicious pancakes of "St-Michel", the so good hot or cold "Le curé Nantais" as well as the beers "La Brigantine" from the brewery of the Côte de Jade.
This accommodation is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
