Located on the first floor without a lift in a small quiet residence, placed directly in the town centre, a few steps from shops, bars and restaurants, and 150 m from the Grande beach of Préfailles.
This duplex apartment of 30 m² is ideal for disconnecting and relaxing and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Outdoors, you will be able to enjoy a small balcony for your breakfasts and meals, with a view of the communal swimming pool (open and heated from 15 June to 15 September).
Inside, the living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home (fridge-freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, Airfryer, filter coffee machine and Tassimo, toaster), a double sofa bed (140x190), and a first balcony.
Upstairs, you will find a sleeping area with a double sofa bed (140x190), a second balcony with sea view between the large pine trees, as well as a small bathroom with shower and WC.
A private parking space will be available at the bottom of the accommodation. Free spaces are also available adjacent to the residence.
For greater convenience, outdoor furniture and a fan are made available.
