The studio also has a terrace (very rare in Saint Martin), where you can relax in the open air. Whether you want to have breakfast, enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or simply relax while reading a book, this terrace is a real asset. The studio is only accessible by car before 10:30 in the morning or after midnight, that's the charm of the pedestrian streets...
Parking lots (paid from March to November) are located nearby (Market, Bastion) and free parking 750 meters away (Cemetery).
Inside you will find a double bed, a television and a small, well-equipped kitchen, it has a refrigerator, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee maker and a toaster. You'll have everything you need to cook delicious meals.

Ce studio est très bien situé, et très pratique pour quelques jours sur Saint-Martin-de-Ré ! La conciergerie hoomy qui nous a accueillie nous confiait que la cuisine était juste remise au goût du jour, les propriétaires ont pris le soin d',y mettre à disposition toute la vaisselle nécessaire, c',est très appréciable. A noter aussi que le frigo est très peu bruyant donc c',est calme la nuit. Nous recommandons ce logement pour votre séjour sur l',île-de-Ré car nous nous y sommes très bien sentis !

Ce logement est parfait pour venir passer 2-3j sur l’île. Nous n’avons pas eu de mal à y accéder et à profiter sur place. Le cadre est parfait. L’hôte a parfaitement expliquer les consignes, et surtout rapidement ce qui est très bien après de longsee more

Le logement est super bien situé dans les rues piétonnes de saint Martin. Pas accessible en voiture mais très calme dans le tumulte des rues commerçantes. A 20 mètres du port c’est idéal !La terrasse privée est un vrai plus ,-)

Pas très grand mais super pour quelques nuits. La douche fait à peine plus d’ 1,80 m de haut mais ok pour moi.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 3 jours sur Saint Martin. L’appartement conviendra pour des petits séjours, nous sommes tout de même vite à l’étroit ! L’équipe d’accueil a été très sympathique ! |
