Just a few minutes from the ocean, this pleasant terraced house of 60 m² located in Brétignolles-sur-Mer welcomes you for a relaxing family stay. Ideally located near beaches and amenities, it can accommodate up to 4 people in a calm and friendly environment.
Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant fenced garden for your moments of relaxation. The house also has a beautiful 40 m² terrace fitted with garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for sharing meals outdoors as well as a sandpit and a gravel petanque court.
Upon your arrival, you will enter a conservatory filled with light, a true asset of the house. With its large table and view of the outside, this friendly space is perfect for sharing meals or gathering with family. You will then access the warm living area, consisting of a comfortable corner sofa, a television and a pellet stove that brings a pleasant atmosphere during cooler evenings. A dining area with a table that can accommodate 4 people completes this space. The open, modern and functional American kitchen is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, two filter coffee makers and a Tassimo, toaster, kettle and everything necessary to cook as if at home.
On the night side, the house has 2 comfortable bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190)
A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet complete the accommodation.
A parking space is available directly on the plot just in front of the house.
