Stay in this 33m² terraced house located 200m from "La Grande Plage", 500m from the town of La Bernerie and 850m from the large "Plan d'eau de Mer". It has two double bedrooms, thus accommodating up to 4 people. (One 140 bed and two 80 beds that can form a 160 double bed, travel cot available)

By a secure private path, you access the accommodation and its 20m² tiled terrace without overlooking neighbours, with a table, outdoor chairs, two sunbeds, a parasol, a charcoal barbecue, and an outdoor shower for your beach returns.

To help you feel at home, the open-plan kitchen overlooking the TV lounge-dining room is equipped with an induction hob, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a citrus press and all the necessary kitchen equipment. A bathroom and an independent toilet complete the rental. For maximum comfort, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a booster seat and an ironing board and iron are also made available to you.

Located just 30 metres from the sea, this 80 m² terraced house with a closed garden offers a private terrace with no overlooking neighbours and a second terrace on the upper floor with a sea view. Ideally situated in La Bernerie, it provides the perfect setting for a rejuvenating escape on the Jade Coast.

The house can accommodate up to four people. The upper floor includes a double bedroom (160 cm bed) with direct access to an 8 m² terrace with sea view. On the ground floor, there is a second bedroom equipped with a bunk bed (the upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old).

The ground floor living space features a fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker and capsules, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, citrus press, utensils and kitchen equipment), a dining room with television, an independent TV lounge and a separate toilet. Two bathrooms complete this property.
