Stay in this 33m² terraced house located 200m from "La Grande Plage", 500m from the town of La Bernerie and 850m from the large "Plan d'eau de Mer". It has two double bedrooms, thus accommodating up to 4 people. (One 140 bed and two 80 beds that can form a 160 double bed, travel cot available)
By a secure private path, you access the accommodation and its 20m² tiled terrace without overlooking neighbours, with a table, outdoor chairs, two sunbeds, a parasol, a charcoal barbecue, and an outdoor shower for your beach returns.
To help you feel at home, the open-plan kitchen overlooking the TV lounge-dining room is equipped with an induction hob, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a citrus press and all the necessary kitchen equipment. A bathroom and an independent toilet complete the rental. For maximum comfort, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a booster seat and an ironing board and iron are also made available to you.
The location is located 200 m from the "Grande Plage" and:
- 500 m from the town of La Bernerie, and its shops (craftsmen, 24/7 supermarket, local and night market, bars and restaurants)
- 850 m from the large "Plan d'eau de Mer", accessible to all for swimming and learning water sports.
