This 60m² terraced house is located 450m from the seaside in a quiet area and 1km on foot from the town of La Bernerie and its large "Sea Water Area", accessible to all for swimming and learning water sports. It has a double bedroom (140 bed) and a mezzanine with a second double sleeping area (140 bed), thus accommodating up to 4 people.
It consists of an open kitchen equipped with an induction hob, a combined microwave grill, a fridge-freezer, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, all the necessary and kitchen utensils so that you feel at home. A 20m² veranda gives access to the 15m² terrace and the enclosed garden with outdoor furniture; sunbeds, electric plancha, sun awning and solar shower. A shower room and separate toilet complete the rental.
