Close to the typical medieval market of La Flotte and its small port, this pretty house offers all the comforts for a relaxing stay on the Île de Ré. At the foot of the bike paths, it is the perfect place to visit the island, enjoy its rich heritage and its magnificent landscapes. Lovers of walks will also be close to the coastal path that connects La Flotte to Saint Martin.
This welcoming 100m² semi-detached house is located in a quiet residential area in La Flotte en Ré. It has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people (sofa bed in a separate TV room). The rental has a large terrace with furniture and barbecue. You can safely park your vehicles (2 spaces) and bikes there. Within the house itself, you will find an iron, a washing machine, a dryer, a hair dryer and two televisions... As for the kitchen open to the living room, it is equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a kettle...
