Ideally located in immediate proximity to shops and the sea, it can accommodate up to 5 people in a lively and typical environment of the Île de Ré.
Inside, you will discover a warm and functional living space. From the entrance, the living room welcomes you with a comfortable corner sofa and a television, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the island. Just next to it, the dining area has a table to share meals that can accommodate up to 5 people. The open, modern, and fully equipped American kitchen features induction hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, a toaster, a kettle, and everything necessary to cook just like at home.
At night, the house has 2 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190)
A bathroom with a shower and hairdryer as well as a separate toilet complete the interior space.
The house does not have a private parking space, but you will find a paid parking lot nearby, the Sainte-Catherine car park.
A garage also allows the secure storage of 5 bicycles, ideal for exploring the island at your own pace.
For your comfort, the accommodation is also equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron as well as a PlayStation.
