"Ker Anne" is a terraced house of 55m² that can accommodate up to 4 people; it has been completely renovated and offers a wooden terrace without overlooking neighbours of 15m² and an interior space with a two-person jacuzzi available all year round. It has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed 140x200 (new bedding 2026), the second with a 2-person pull-out bed (recent bedding 90x200). The kitchen is fitted and fully equipped so that you feel at home: induction hobs with extractor hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, SENSEO and filter coffee maker, citrus press, as well as kitchen equipment and utensils. The living room - dining room is equipped with a television and WIFI connection (fibre network). A bathroom and a separate toilet complete the rental.
