Welcome to Saint-Brevin-l'Océan, the perfect starting point for discovering the many riches and varied landscapes of the Jade Coast by bicycle, on foot or on the water.
The accommodation is ideally located between the beach and the pine forest, in the quiet residential area of Domaine des Écureuils – a well-chosen name since the red squirrel, the emblem of the municipality, is often observed early in the morning along the avenues leading to the sea or the city centre.
This terraced house of 60 m², which can accommodate up to 4 people, is located just 500 metres from the Rochelets beach, a large sandy beach accessible to all, supervised in July and August, and equipped with an area dedicated to water sports: kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing, etc.
On the ground floor, the kitchen open to the living-dining room is fully equipped: induction hobs, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and everything needed to cook. The living area has a dining space, a television, fibre Wi-Fi and a guest access to the Netflix account. It opens onto an enclosed garden with a tiled terrace of 10 m². You will find a garden furniture set, an electric grill, as well as a motorised sun canopy to fully enjoy the beautiful days.
Upstairs, the house has two bedrooms:
- a double room with a double bed (140 cm)
- a room with bunk beds
A bathroom with a shower and toilet completes the accommodation.
For your comfort, you also have:
- two toilets (one in the bathroom, one independent)
- a hairdryer, a table and an iron, a washing machine
- a private parking space with the possibility of charging an electric vehicle, just next to the house
