Description
At the northern tip of the Île de Ré, in the charming village of Saint-Clément-des-Baleines, there is a small fisherman's house just renovated that is waiting for you to spend a good holiday. In the heart of the picturesque little streets of its hamlet, it is hidden at the back of a walled courtyard, sheltered from view.
You enter through the large green gate, and you are immediately under the charm of its 24 m² terrace, with its cosy summer lounge and dining area, where the barbecue will surely offer you delicious grilled dishes.
Inside, you discover the living room with its old beams and old stones, which give a pleasant and warm atmosphere. The living room opens onto the bay window with access to the outside, and the dining area with its high chairs opens onto the kitchen (provide a booster seat for the little ones). New and fully equipped, you will find a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and an induction hob to cook good meals. A dishwasher is also there to save you this task. For breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and another with Nespresso pods.
Upstairs, the sleeping area offers two bedrooms, each with a washbasin and a shower. The master bedroom has a double bed and a television, and the children's bedroom has a bunk bed. At this level, there is an independent toilet.
For more comfort, the accommodation has a washing machine. It is possible to store up to four bicycles on the plot (note that the owners' bicycles are not available). A hook outside also allows hanging 2 bicycles.
The rental does not have private parking. However, you will find a large free public car park 100 m away.

Then, treat yourself to a delicious ice cream from La Martinière or some seafood at the JUSTE restaurant. A beautiful day guaranteed.
