At the northern tip of the Île de Ré, in the charming village of Saint-Clément-des-Baleines, there is a small fishermen's house that has just been renovated and is waiting for you to spend a wonderful holiday there. In the heart of the picturesque little streets of its hamlet, it is hidden at the back of a walled courtyard, sheltered from prying eyes.
You enter through the large green gate, and you are immediately charmed by its 24 m² terrace, with its cosy summer lounge and dining area, where the barbecue will surely offer you delicious grilled food.
Inside, you will discover the living area with its old beams and ancient stones, which create a pleasant and warm atmosphere. The lounge overlooks the bay window with access to the outside, and the dining area with its island and high chairs opens onto the kitchen (a booster seat should be provided for younger children). New and fully equipped, you will find a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and an induction hob for cooking delicious meals. A dishwasher is also there to save you from this task. For breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and another Nespresso pod coffee maker.
On the upper floor, the sleeping area offers two bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom comprising a sink and shower. The master bedroom has a double bed as well as a television, and the children's bedroom has a bunk bed. There is an independent toilet at this level.
For greater comfort, the accommodation has a washing machine. It is possible to store up to four bicycles on the plot (please note that the owners' bicycles are not available). An external hook also allows you to hang 2 bicycles there.
The accommodation does not have private parking. However, you will find a large free public car park 100 m away.
