Just a few steps from the pretty chapel of Brendaouez, which regularly offers artistic and cultural activities, and 5 km from the magnificent white sandy beach of Vougot, you will enjoy the tranquillity while being close to all amenities.
Outside, a beautiful wooden terrace awaits you, designed in a zen spirit, perfect for your outdoor meals and convivial moments.
The true asset of this villa: a jacuzzi area set up in front of the house, available from April to October, for privileged moments of relaxation.

You will enter through a corridor that serves the first night area, with two suites (rooms with Queen size beds with a washroom and a bathroom). You then arrive in a large living room, with a dining table, and a lounge with a comfortable sofa and a television.
The fully equipped kitchen will offer you everything you need to cook simply: oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals. For your coffee or tea breaks, two coffee makers are at your disposal: a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso, as well as a kettle and a teapot for your gourmet moments.
Upstairs, you will discover an open mezzanine space, with a foosball table and a relaxation area. The corridor leads to two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with three single beds (which can be combined into a double bed upon request). A bathroom is also available upstairs.
Finally, for the more sporty, the garage has a ping-pong table for friendly competitions.
