This house in La Barre-de-Monts is full of charm, it is nicely fitted out and will offer you all the comfort necessary for a family stay or with friends. Located in a quiet area but only a few minutes from the surrounding beaches, the ferry terminal for the island of Yeu, the town centre and its market, it promises you a peaceful and refreshing stay, thus allowing you to enjoy both tranquillity and swimming in salty water.

Its large outdoor space offers you the opportunity to share breakfast, sunbathing, or delicious barbecues... Inside, you will find the living-dining room, a warm space thanks to its beautiful wooden floor, inviting moments of conviviality in front of a film on television or around good dishes to share. As for the kitchen, it is modern and offers you everything you need to prepare good meals: induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer dishwasher, espresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle. A summer kitchen overlooking the terrace is also available with refrigerator, freezer, sink and dishwasher.

The house can accommodate 10 people and has 4 bedrooms, all equipped with a double bed. The first three are located on the ground floor: the first, in a pinkish colour, has a terrace with a sofa bed if needed, the second, orange, is a truly cosy cocoon, the third, green, opens onto the outside. Upstairs, you will find a room with a trundle bed that can accommodate two children. This can be closed with a curtain. Finally, the last one with floral wallpaper offers privacy with an adjoining bathroom; the whirlpool bath will allow you to fully relax. A washroom is also available with a shower and toilet on the ground floor.

For even more convenience, you will find an independent toilet, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a hairdryer, a barbecue, a balcony, a baby bed and the possibility of parking four cars.

A heated swimming pool is open from 01/04 to 30/09.
