Come and discover this villa located just 400 metres from Mauret beach and a stone's throw from Taussat port. You will love its location: a quiet neighbourhood where everything is within walking distance (stroll to the market, oyster tasting at the oyster port, local shops, fishmonger, greengrocer, bistro…), as well as its large 15-metre swimming pool for your laps.

Ideal for a family stay or with friends, this 1980s villa can accommodate up to 9 travellers.

Upon arrival, you will discover a first lounge area with a television, sofas and a fireplace (decorative). Upstairs, you will find a second lounge with a table football game and access to the balcony. The independent and well-equipped kitchen (gas hob, refrigerator, oven, freezer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils) provides you with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a kettle and a Nespresso Krups coffee machine are also at your disposal. You can share your meals at the table in the lounge, or you can enjoy the one installed on the terrace.

Outside, you will enjoy a large garden of over 1000 m² with a terrace for outdoor dining equipped with a plancha and a hammock, as well as a ping-pong table for those who like to play. The private pool is unheated and is open from 15 May to 30 September.

On the night side, the house has 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 3: equipped with a double bed and a single bed
Bedroom 4: equipped with a queen size bed (160/200)

Two bathrooms, a bathroom equipped with a hairdryer and 3 independent toilets complete the accommodation. For added comfort, a washing machine and an iron are at your disposal. You can park up to four vehicles in the private car park of the rental.

You will not be alone... Perhaps you will have the pleasure of meeting Jocker there, the cat host of the place, who will honour you with his presence if you wish; otherwise, he will lounge in the shade of a shrub before slipping into his private space!

The villa is not recommended for families with young children, as the upper floor is accessed by a steep wooden staircase, which is not suitable for the safety of young children or elderly people. However, there is a possibility to lock off this area.
