Only 400 metres from the beach and a stone's throw from Taussat harbour, this large villa is ideally located to fully enjoy the Arcachon Basin. The neighbourhood is quiet and everything is within walking distance: market stroll, oyster tasting at the oyster port, local shops (fishmonger, greengrocer, bistro...). The environment is perfect for a rejuvenating stay, between swimming, cycling and relaxing in the shade of pine trees. You can enjoy a huge 15-metre swimming pool for your lengths, a plancha for your summer meals, and a large wooden hammock to relax in the sun. A warm place, designed for family or friends holidays, between relaxation and conviviality, ideal for nine people.

This 80s villa welcomes you with a first living room with a television, its sofas and a (non-functional) fireplace. Just behind, you will find a dining table and a small office space if you wish to telework. The independent, gas-powered kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Krups Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.

Upstairs, you will find a second living room with a table football and access to the balcony. You will find a total of four bedrooms: two of them with a double bed (140/190), the third with a double bed (140/190) plus a single bed (90/190), and the last with a Queen Size bed (160/200). You will also find two shower rooms and a bathroom equipped with a hair dryer. A washing machine and an iron are available if needed.

For the outdoors, you will enjoy a large garden of over 1000 m² with a terrace for outdoor dining, as well as a ping-pong table for the more playful. The private pool is unheated and is open from 15 May to 15 September. For parking, you have four private spaces in the outdoor car park.

You won't be alone... Perhaps you will have the pleasure of meeting Jocker, the host cat, who will honour you with his presence if you wish; otherwise, he will lounge in the shade of a shrub before slipping into his private space!

The villa is not recommended for families with young children, as the upstairs is served by a steep wooden staircase, which is not suitable for the safety of the youngest or elderly. However, there is a possibility of locking this space.
