This apartment, classified as 3* in furnished tourist accommodation, offers comfort, with sloping ceilings, located 300 metres from the Grève Blanche beach, 800 metres from the town centre and port, will allow you to fully enjoy your holidays between walks, swimming, shore fishing or even seafood tasting, with family or friends.
Located on the first floor of a house, it is designed to accommodate 4 people and has a shared garden.
The main living area consists consists of a friendly TV lounge space and a pleasant fitted kitchen that will allow the whole family to gather around a good meal, at a large central dining table, and to relax, with its sofa.
The kitchen, fully equipped, is ideal for preparing delicious little dishes thanks to its induction hobs, traditional and microwave oven. It is also equipped with a combined fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and two coffee makers, one with filters and the other with Senseo pods.
You will have 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed Queen size 160x200 cm.
A bathroom with a bathtub equipped with a large washbasin and an independent toilet complete the floor.
