This is the ideal place for your outdoor meals, as this balcony communicates with the kitchen. It is well-equipped: three-burner induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker and toaster. On this side of the apartment, there is also a bedroom, also overlooking the balcony. You will find a double bed and a private bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin and WC.

On the port side, a first lounge is installed facing the balcony to enjoy the view. A second TV lounge opens to the side and has a sofa bed offering accommodation for two people, with a view of the port.
