The location of the property is excellent for exploring the city. The apartment is in an area that gives a ',village feel',. Quiet, relaxed and close to the tram etc..The guys at Hoomy are fantastic as well. Very attentive.

Seuls quelques points seraient à améliorer : une production d'eau chaude insuffisante pour 4 adultes en hivers, des matelas mousse peut confortable (sentiment partagé par 4 personnes de gabarit différents) et une pièce de vie ne comprenant que deux places confortables (un petit sofa 2 places et des chaises plastique pliables) L'accès y est facile tout autant que le parking. L'appartement est à 6 minutes en voiture du centre historique. Je retournais dans ce logement sans hésiter mais pas à 4. NB: Pas de check-in (entrée autonome) mais un check-out. |

In a small discreet street in Nantes, between the Jacques Demy media library and Cours Cambronne, not far from the elegant Graslin square and numerous bars and restaurants offering local and international cuisines, we have found for you this large T2 hidden under the roofs, on the 4th floor (the elevator stops at the 3rd floor, then you must take the stairs). Its atypical layout, old beams, and rustic furniture are the charm of this property.
With a floor area of 100 m², this newly renovated apartment can accommodate 4 people.
In the independent kitchen, you will find an induction hob, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a bean coffee machine, and a toaster. A washing machine is also available.
The living area includes a dining space and a large cathedral TV living room. Above, the mezzanine offers two single bed sleeping accommodations. The ceiling height (±1.80 m) suggests it is more suitable for children or teenagers.
