The living room / dining area invites you to relax with its unobstructed view of the river! The two bedrooms are comfortable and have large storage spaces. Located in the city centre and in an ideal area for families, the rental is in a dynamic neighbourhood. Nearby shops such as the "Intermarché EXPRESS" supermarket and the "Boulangerie Pains, Beurre et Chocolat" bakery are less than 5 minutes walk away. Perfect view over the city and the Erdre river from living room and balcony. Every room has a balcony, there is lots of light, we loved this. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was spacious.
