Apartment on the 1st floor with separate entrance, offers two double bedrooms (140 beds) and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 6 people.

The accommodation consists of an independent equipped kitchen as well as all the household appliances necessary to make you feel at home; induction hob, fridge - freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, coffee machine, capsule coffee maker (Nespresso), toaster, kettle, juicer and dishwasher. The kitchen and the TV-WIFI living room allow you to access a 16m² terrace without vis-à-vis with garden furniture (table, chairs, deckchairs and shade cloths in fine weather) and griddle. A bathroom with Italian shower (renovation 2025) and an independent toilet complete the rental.
A hairdryer, iron and washing machine are also provided for maximum convenience.

Do not leave without having tasted all the local specialties such as the unique Mussels of Bouchots from La Plaine sur Mer and oysters from Bourgneuf Bay, the famous ice creams and jams from “La Fraiseraie”, the delicious Galettes from “St-Michel”, the delicious Galettes from “St-Michel”, the as good hot as cold “Le Curé Nantais” as well as the local beers from “La Fraiseraie” in moderation.
