Nestled in the heart of the 43 km of shoreline of the Côte de Jade, discover the emblematic city for its multiple secrets.
The accommodation is located at the gates of the historic district and only 400m from the beach and the port of Noëveillard, on the ground floor of a small quiet and secure residence: “Les Lusignanes”. This 40 m² apartment (renovated in May 2023) and its private garden has a double bedroom (2 x90 beds) and a sofa bed (140) that can accommodate up to 4 people.
It has a living room with open kitchen equipped with all the appliances you need to make you feel at home; stovetop, fridge-freezer, small oven, French press, filter coffee maker, filter, dishwasher, dishwasher, toaster, kettle. The TV lounge area overlooks the garden. A shower room and separate toilet complete the rental. For maximum comfort, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board and access to the outbuilding where there is a washing machine and room for 2 bikes are available.
You will have 2 secure parking spaces on the residence's grounds.
Located in an ideal area 400m from the beach, Noëveillard bar and restaurant but also at:
- 320 m from restaurants and the Marina, sea excursions and shuttles to Noirmoutier
- 400 m from the blue flag beach, “La Plage de la Noëveillard”

- 1 km from the “Bluegreen Pornic Golf”
- 1.5 km from “la Ria de Pornic” (Garden and Casino) and the “Pornic SNCF train station”

Nettoyage du local annexe : lave linge inutilisable car situé dans un pièce poussiéreuse pleine de toiles d'araignées.

-La douche est le point faible de l’appartement. Le bac de douche ne comportant aucun rebord ni pente adaptée, pas de rideau de douche ni de porte de douche, il est très difficile de ne pas mouiller la salle de bain, ce qui n’est pas agréable.
