The accommodation is located within the "Claire Marine" residence, thus benefiting from an ideal location, with private access to the "customs officers' paths" leading to "La Plage de la Birochère" and the Alliance Pornic Resort Thalasso & Spa.
It has a cabin bedroom with a double bed of 140 (recent bedding 2025) and a single bed in the mezzanine (70 bed). A sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to 4 people.

The open kitchen overlooking the living room-TV is equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction hobs, a microwave-grill, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a citrus press and kitchen utensils. A bathroom with WC completes the rental. A hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, and a washing machine are at your disposal.
Enjoy the sea view from the terrace with outdoor table and chairs.
A private parking space and a bicycle storage room are available within the residence.
