The accommodation is located within the "Claire Marine" residence, so you benefit from an ideal location, with private access to the "customs officers' paths" leading to "Birochère Beach" and the Alliance Pornic Resort Thalasso & Spa.
It has a cabin bedroom with a double bed of 140 (recent 2025 bedding) and a single bed in the mezzanine (70 bed). A sofa bed in the lounge can accommodate up to 4 people.

The open-plan kitchen overlooking the living room-TV area is equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction hob, microwave-grill, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, citrus press and kitchen utensils. A bathroom with WC completes the rental. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board and washing machine are at your disposal.
Enjoy the sea view from the terrace with outdoor table and chairs.
A private parking space and bicycle storage are available within the residence.

Ideally located 50m from the seafront within the private residence "Le Vallon", with swimming pool (unheated, open from 15 June to 15 September) and just 300m from the village of Sainte-Marie sur Mer, this 30m² apartment with its balcony (small sea view) is a perfect starting point for discovering the Côte de Jade, Pornic and its surroundings.
The accommodation has a double bedroom (160 bed) and a bunk bed, thus accommodating up to 4 people.
