All essential shops are close to the residence. The Bluegreen Golf course is just a stone's throw away and nearby bus lines allow you to reach the town centre of Pornic. It has a master suite (140cm double bed) and can thus accommodate two people.
The accommodation includes a living room with television opening onto a small terrace, as well as a fully fitted and equipped kitchen: induction hob, microwave, mini oven, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, kettle and all necessary kitchen equipment.

This 45m² ground floor apartment is located in a private seaside residence in Pornic. It is situated within the "HORIZON ATLANTIQUE" residence, with a secured outdoor car park, direct access to the customs officers' path leading to Fontaine aux Bretons Beach, and a heated swimming pool available from 15 April to 15 October. Nearby is the ECO DOMAINE DE LA FONTAINE AU BRETON, which offers dining facilities, a bicycle rental service, a grocery shop and a SPA area.
