The living area consists of an open-plan kitchen and living room with TV and Wi-Fi connection, giving access to a closed garden. Moreover, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home: induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso Vertuo capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils. A hairdryer, washing machine, plancha and outdoor furniture (table, chairs and sunbeds) are also provided.

Un logement très bien décoré avec goût, on s'y sent comme chez nous mais qui peut être problématique avec des enfants en bas âge qui aiment toucher à tout. Un manque de place pour ranger les courses.

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis, l'appartement était parfaitement propre et il est vraiment super bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien pour cuisiner ! La déco est superbe, le lit grandiose (on n'avait jamais dormit dans un lit aussi grand!) et le petit coin jardin super mignon, fleuri et à l'abri du vent. La situation est exceptionnelle, on traverse la route et on est sur la plage, avec le départ des sentiers côtiers qui mènent au port en 15minutes (avec poussette). Nous avons adoré notre séjour ici.

The apartment is within gated premises with allocated parking right outside. Key collection very straightforward, we were handed keys on arrival by the agent, Jack, who is very nice, helpful and speaks English. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, spotless and really well appointed. The outside private garden space is a very nice extra.

This 45m² ground floor apartment is located in a private residence by the sea in Pornic. It has a location within the "HORIZON ATLANTIQUE" residence, with a secure outdoor parking, direct access to the customs officers' path leading to the Fontaine aux Bretons Beach, and a heated swimming pool available from 15 April to 15 October. Nearby is the ECO DOMAINE DE LA FONTAINE AU BRETON, which offers dining spaces, a bicycle rental service, a grocery store and a SPA area. It has a double bedroom (140 bed) and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 3 people.
The open kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home; vitroceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, mould casserole, citrus press. The living-dining room has a television, Wi-Fi access (fibre network) and direct access to the terrace. The bathroom is independent and passes through the bedroom.
