Located on the quay of the old port, this 48m² apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a residence with terrace (10m²) and views over the historic centre of Pornic, the "Bluebeard" castle and the bell tower of St Gilles Church. It has a double bedroom (140 bed, new base May 2026) and a double sofa bed (click clack) thus able to accommodate up to 4 people.
The open-plan kitchen overlooking the TV-Wifi lounge is equipped with a ceramic hob, a combined microwave grill, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a SENSEO coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and all the kitchen essentials so you feel at home. A bathroom with a hairdryer and toilet completes the rental.

Ideally situated 50m from the seafront within the private residence "Le Vallon", with a swimming pool (unheated, open from 15 June to 15 September) and only 300m from the village of Sainte-Marie sur Mer, this 30m² apartment with its balcony (partial sea view) is a perfect starting point for discovering the Côte de Jade, Pornic and its surroundings.
The accommodation has a double bedroom (160cm bed) and a bunk bed, thus accommodating up to 4 people.
