We did have to wait upon arrival for someone to meet us, this was due to messages and conversations getting lost in translation. We also had a leak through the bedroom ceiling after a heavy downpour, a concierge arrived within 15 minutes to assess.

Catherine notre concierge a été charmante et a répondu systématiquement et immédiatement à nos appels. Un seul point qui est dommage : l’absence de local pour ranger les vélos mais le loueur a été arrangeant et les a gardé. Adresse à retenir ! |

Nous avons été enchantés par l'emplacement de cet appartement donnant directement sur le port de St Martin en Ré, bien situé, à l'écart du brouhaha et bien agencé en duplex, avec de deux vraies chambres et couchages. le seul inconvénient à noter c'est l'absence de rideaux opaques dans les chambres a coucher permettant d empêcher la lumière du jour de pénétrer a travers les persiennes ou d être réveiller en plein milieu de la nuit par les lumières de la galerie marchande qui se trouve au rez de chaussée du bâtiment. en ce qui concerne les draps a prévoir il est préférable de demander leur fourniture par la conciergerie car la taille a prévoir n'a rien a voir avec les standard français (Ikea king size) la cuisine ouverte est bien équipée, mais il est a noter l'absence d'un four en plus du micro ondes. Nous remercions Hoomy pour la communication et pour l'accueil cordiale sur place. Nous sommes ravi d'avoir passé ce WE de quatre jours pour découvrir l'île de Ré. |
