Located on the outskirts of Bois Roy and its health trail and just a few steps from the sea, beaches and the town of Saint-Michel, (church, markets, delicatessen, bakery, cinema, biscuit shop, pharmacy, post office, supermarket, press café bar and restaurants).
This ground floor apartment of 65 m² consists of a living area comprising a TV lounge space, an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home (ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle). On the sleeping side, you will have 2 double bedrooms (2x140) and a baby bed. A bathroom and separate toilet equipped with a washing machine complete the rental.
