As night falls, you can rest in one of the two bedrooms offered by the apartment. The first is equipped with a queen-size bed, ideal for parents, whilst the second will delight children with its two single beds. For optimal comfort, two shower rooms are at your disposal, as well as a washing machine! This apartment has a private outdoor parking space and a garage in which you will have at your disposal a charging point for electric vehicles (220 volt socket, 3KWH).

Located on the 4th floor (with lift) of a secure residence, the apartment features a large, warm living room with access to the balcony via a patio door. The kitchen, open and modern, is fully equipped: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking. For your breakfasts, you will find a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. Share your meals around the dining table for 4 people and extend the evening in the lounge, comfortably settled on the sofa in front of the television.

The master bedroom has a double bed (140x190 cm), a desk, a wardrobe and a television. The second bedroom has two beds: a single bed of 120x190 cm and another of 90x190 cm as well as a storage cupboard.
