Come and stay in this charming family home for your next holiday. It can accommodate up to 4 people. You will be seduced by the quiet, oyster-farming and picturesque neighbourhood that promises relaxing and nature-filled holidays. You will enjoy the Arès jetty just a stone's throw from the house, perfect for a good swim when the basin water is just right.
You will also appreciate spending time outdoors in the garden, which also has a barbecue for the most gourmet.
The house is located at the back of the owner's house, which is not inhabited, and the garden is also shared, but again, no one else will have access to it.
Upon your arrival in the house, you will discover the living area with the sofa corner and dining table. Just behind it is the fully equipped open kitchen: it has an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a filter coffee machine and a Senseo.
The house has 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: features a Queen Size bed (160/200)
Bedroom 2: features 2 single beds (90/190)
You will also have access to a bathroom. You will find a washing machine and an iron at your disposal.

This house for 6 people is located a few metres from the famous natural site of Saint-Brice, where the green of the pine trees blends with the clear water of the river. You can thus enjoy the mosaic offered by this landscape and beautiful walks with ease. Then, its outdoor space offers you a multitude of possibilities to fully enjoy the beautiful days, with a large garden to relax in the sun or have fun with the children, a swimming pool to cool off, and a terrace to savour good meals.
Inside, you will find an open living space with three distinct areas: a fully equipped American kitchen with induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle; open to the large dining room table where you will enjoy sharing convivial moments around good dishes.
