You will be seduced by the quiet, oyster-farming and picturesque neighbourhood that promises relaxing and nature-filled holidays. You will enjoy the Arès jetty just a stone's throw from the house, perfect for a good swim when the basin water is just right.
You will also appreciate spending time outdoors in the garden, which also has a barbecue for the most gourmet.
The house is located at the back of the owner's house, which is not inhabited, and the garden is also shared, but again, no one else will have access to it.
Upon your arrival in the house, you will discover the living area with the sofa corner and dining table. Just behind it is the fully equipped open kitchen: it has an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a filter coffee machine and a Senseo.
The house has 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: features a Queen Size bed (160/200)
Bedroom 2: features 2 single beds (90/190)
You will also have access to a bathroom. You will find a washing machine and an iron at your disposal.
To park, 2 private parking spaces are available in front of the house.
