This house for 6 people is located just a few metres from the famous natural site of Saint-Brice, where the green of the pines blends with the clear water of the river. You can thus enjoy the mosaic that this landscape offers and enjoy beautiful walks with ease. Then, its outdoor space offers you a multitude of possibilities to fully enjoy the fine weather, with a large garden to relax in the sun or have fun with the children, a swimming pool to cool off, and a terrace to savour good meals.
Inside, you will find an open-plan living area with three distinct spaces: a fully equipped American kitchen with induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, toaster and kettle; opening onto the large dining table where you will enjoy sharing convivial moments over good food.
