Spacious, bright and fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 8 people and offers a pleasant view of the garden and swimming pool.
Outside, you will enjoy a large enclosed garden ideal for enjoying the summer sun in complete peace and quiet. The 40 m² terrace, furnished with garden furniture and a plancha, will be perfect for sharing convivial meals in the open air. A true asset of the property, the private swimming pool (open from 30 April to 30 September and unheated) will allow you to cool off and make the most of the fine weather.
Inside, you will discover a pleasant living space from the entrance. The lounge, comprising a sofa, two armchairs, a television and a fireplace, offers a warm space to gather. Extending from it, the dining room has a large table that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee makers and Senseo, toaster, kettle and everything needed to cook comfortably.
On the night side, the house has 4 bedrooms:
