It is a large traditional family house that we offer you in Brétignolles-sur-Mer, on the lovely Vendée coast. With its large enclosed garden and 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 8 people, it is ideal for holidays with your loved ones. Its ground floor layout makes it convenient and safe, and its large flat garden will be perfect for football matches.

The kitchen is open to the living area. It is very well equipped and even has culinary aid appliances that are not always found in holiday rentals. You will therefore have at your disposal, to prepare good little dishes, a gas and electric hob, an oven, a microwave, as well as a multi-function food processor, a blender and a mixer/whisk. This holiday home recently built is ideally located near the sea, in the charming town of Brétignolles-sur-Mer. With its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. Its heated swimming pool, open from 1st June to 27th September, is one of its greatest assets for a successful holiday.

The American kitchen, fully equipped, has all the necessary household appliances. You will find a refrigerator, a dishwasher, as well as an induction hob, an oven and a microwave to prepare your family meals. For convivial and tasty moments, a plancha, a fondue maker and a raclette maker are also at your disposal.

For your breakfasts, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and a toaster will help you start the day well. You can have your meals around the large dining room table or on the terrace overlooking the garden and its swimming pool. The bright and spacious TV lounge is perfect for relaxing.
