This is a large traditional family house that we offer in Brétignolles-sur-Mer, on the lovely Vendée coast. With its large enclosed garden and 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 8 people, it is ideal for holidays with your loved ones. Its ground floor configuration makes it practical and safe, and its large flat garden will be perfect for football games.

The kitchen is open to the living area. It is very well equipped and even has culinary aid appliances that are not always found in holiday rentals. You will have at your disposal, to prepare good little dishes, a gas and electric hob, an oven, a microwave, as well as a multi-function food processor, a blender and a mixer/beater. There is also a refrigerator (a second one is also in the garage), a freezer and a dishwasher. And for breakfast, a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.

The configuration with a bar overlooking the dining room makes this kitchen particularly friendly.
In the dining area, you can gather around a large wooden table. With its traditional furniture, one feels in a warm atmosphere, reminiscent of family Sundays. Open the gate, discover the fully equipped terrace and go through the front door to access a large bright living room of more than 40 m².
