On the ground floor, you enter a lovely TV lounge that invites relaxation. You can watch a good film or get excited about a sporting event.
In the independent kitchen, recently renovated, you will find many appliances: a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave and an induction hob to prepare good meals. A dishwasher is also at your disposal to make your life easier. For breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso pod coffee maker will help you start the day well.
A small laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is also available.
Upstairs, the sleeping area offers two lovely comfortable bedrooms. Each is fitted with two beds (80x200) twinned into a Queen size bed (160x200). You will also find on this floor a bathroom with shower and WC. The house has another independent WC.
There is neither a garden nor a garage, but street parking is free, and the city as well as the beach are at your doorstep.
