On the ground floor, you enter a lovely TV lounge that invites you to relax. You can watch a good film there or get excited about a sporting event.
In the independent kitchen, recently renovated, you will find numerous appliances: a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave and an induction hob for preparing good meals. A dishwasher is also at your disposal to make your life easier. For breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker as well as a Nespresso pod coffee maker will help you start the day well.
A small laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is also available.
On the upper floor, the night space offers two beautiful comfortable bedrooms. Each is fitted with two beds (80x200) joined together as a Queen size bed (160x200). You will also find a bathroom with shower and toilet on this floor. The house has another separate toilet.
There is neither a garden nor a garage, but street parking is free, and the town as well as the beach are on your doorstep.
