For your holiday in the beautiful town of Dinard, we have found for you this atypical stone house full of charm, just 400 metres from the Écluse beach.
First, we discover a small garden fitted out with a comfortable outdoor lounge, a table and chairs, as well as a barbecue to enjoy delicious grilled dishes.
On the left side, entry is made through an old glass roof, which distributes the different spaces and levels of the house. Charmingly quirky, this house has several steps and staircases.
First, we go down to the mezzanine to discover a large dining kitchen with warm colours. For the preparation of your meals, you will find a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave and an induction hob. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker will help you start the day well. The large table welcomes you for your meals, with its comfortable armchairs.
We go up the stairs to discover the master suite on the right, behind its glass partition, with its double bed (140 x 190 cm) and its bathroom with shower and towel rail.
The following staircase, in the entrance, leads you to a comfortable TV lounge with soft and restful tones. Just next to it, the children's bedroom consists of a mezzanine bed with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a single bed. A bathroom with a bathtub and an independent toilet complete this level.
For more comfort, you will also find a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a hairdryer.
The house does not have private parking spaces but you will be able to park on free parking spaces located in the street just in front of the house and in the surrounding alleys.
