First of all, we discover a small garden equipped with a comfortable outdoor lounge, a table and chairs, as well as a barbecue to enjoy tasty grilled meats.
On the left side, the entrance is through an old glass roof, which distributes the various spaces and levels of the house. Beautifully quirky, this house has several steps and stairs.
First, we go down to the mezzanine to discover a large dining kitchen in warm colors. For the preparation of your meals, you will find a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave and an induction hob. For breakfast, a kettle, toaster and Nespresso capsule coffee maker will get the day off to a good start. The large table welcomes you for your meals, with its comfortable armchairs.
We go up the stairs to discover on the right the master suite, behind its glass roof, with its double bed (140 x 190 cm) and its bathroom with shower and towel dryer.
The next staircase, in the entrance, leads you to a comfortable TV lounge with soft and relaxing colors. Next door, the children's bedroom consists of a loft bed with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a single bed. A bathroom with bath and a separate toilet complete this level.
For added convenience, you will also find a washing machine, a dryer, a hair dryer and a parking space.
