The dining area, equipped with an extendable table that can accommodate up to 4 guests, opens onto the kitchen. The latter, modern and functional, is equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle as well as everything you need to cook as if you were at home. An independent toilet completes the ground floor.
Upstairs, you will discover a comfortable bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a television. On the landing, a desk area is set up, ideal for remote working or to easily consult your holiday itineraries.
A bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes this floor.
The living room sofa is a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed, allowing it to accommodate 2 additional people if needed.
