Just a few steps from Caroual beach and close to Erquy town centre, this beautiful 112 m² house welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. Spacious, warm and fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 10 people in a calm environment, close to the sea and the magnificent landscapes of the Penthièvre coast.
Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden, ideal for relaxing moments in the open air. A beautiful 31 m² terrace furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue will allow you to share your meals outdoors and make the most of long summer evenings.
Inside, you will discover from the entrance a large, welcoming and bright living space. The main lounge, comprising a comfortable sofa, several armchairs and a pellet stove, invites you to relax after a long day of exploring the region.
