Outside, a 20 m² courtyard awaits you for your breakfasts in the sun, in a relaxed and summery atmosphere.
Tastefully furnished and decorated in a warm spirit, the house can accommodate up to 7 people (6 adults and 1 child). From the entrance, you will be seduced by its spacious and bright living area. The lounge invites you to relax, whether over an aperitif with family, a good film or a moment of reading. The dining room will allow you to share delicious meals in a convivial atmosphere around its large table. The open, functional and well-equipped kitchen will delight cooking enthusiasts: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all the utensils you may need. everything is there!
Upstairs, the house has three comfortable bedrooms for well-deserved rest: two bedrooms with a double bed (140x190), and a third, more spacious bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and an additional single bed. A bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer will allow you to relax after a day at the beach or hiking. A separate toilet completes this floor.
For added convenience, the house is also equipped with a washing machine, an iron and a travel cot. You can safely store up to 6 bicycles in the garage and although the house does not have a private parking space, you can park on a free public car park 150m from the house.
