Modern and bright, this fully equipped house has a garden, a furnished terrace and a barbecue to make the most of outdoor meals. Just a few minutes away, discover the magnificent sandy beaches, take a stroll along the coastal paths or be tempted by the water sports activities offered in the bay. Open the front door and discover a pleasant living space of nearly 30 m², bright and functional, with direct access to the terrace. The open-plan kitchen, modern and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything you need to cook as if you were at home. For your breakfasts, a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster are also at your disposal. Meals can be shared around the dining table for 6 people, and the lounge welcomes you at the end of the day with a comfortable sofa and a coffee table (the television is not operational).

The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two have a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm), while the third, with a bunk bed for two people, provides direct access to the terrace.

A bathroom with shower and hairdryer, as well as a separate toilet, complete the accommodation.

A travel cot and a high chair are available in the house.

For your comfort, a washing machine, iron and ironing board are at your disposal. Two private parking spaces are available in the courtyard, and a shed will allow you to store bicycles or beach equipment safely.
A charging point for your electric vehicle is also available.

Pass through the front door and discover a large living space of 43 m² with access to the terrace and garden. The open and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, oven, dishwasher) will allow you to prepare your meals as at home. For breakfast, you will also have a kettle, a toaster as well as two coffee makers (one filter and one Nespresso). Share your meals around the dining table, indoors or outdoors on fine days. In the evening, meet up in the lounge, comfortably seated on the sofa facing the television.
