Here is a beautiful house for 8 people in Île-Tudy, perfect for a family or friends' stay. In addition to being a pleasant place, it is located in a quiet residential area, 350 metres from the beach. Thus, you can enjoy: swimming, walks, tanning sessions, shore fishing or simply enjoying the view of the boaters. You will also like to go to the market which is held 400 metres from the house, every Monday morning in summer.

Moreover, the house has a beautiful outdoor space, with a closed garden surrounding the house. It is equipped with a garden lounge, a dining area with a barbecue and sunbeds.

Inside, you will find the dining room, perfect for sharing moments of conviviality, then the kitchen, modern and fully equipped so that you can prepare your dishes with ease: induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
Finally, the living room, a cosy space, where you can gather around a board game or a film in front of the television.

Finally, the last one will delight children or a duo with its two single beds and its childlike decoration.

For even more convenience, the house also has a bathroom with an Italian shower and a bathtub in blue tones and a hairdryer, a washroom with toilet, an independent toilet, an independent laundry room with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and then you will find a brazier-barbecue. A garage is also available if you wish to park your car.
