For a change of scenery in southern Finistère, we offer you to discover Île Tudy, by staying in this lovely family house from the 60-70s. Freshly renovated with taste, combining modern comfort, beautiful family furniture and nicely dosed colour touches, this charming cocoon welcomes you with open arms. Entering, it smells of holiday memories! One can imagine sitting around the beautiful wooden table, to enjoy a good meal, prepared in the lovely open kitchen with a retro look.
Very well equipped, you can prepare good little dishes thanks to its induction hob, traditional oven and microwave. You will also find a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Preparing breakfast will be child's play, with a kettle, filter coffee maker and espresso machine, as well as a toaster.
To relax, a living room welcomes you with its new wood stove, made available to you.
Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, are offered on the ground floor. Their original floor, nicely restored, and the small beach cabins and Senegalese fabrics that decorate them give them real character.
For a quiet reading moment, you will also discover a relaxation lounge on the mezzanine.
Finally, you will find a lovely bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin, as well as a laundry room in the garage with washing machine. An independent toilet is also available.
But what would a holiday home be without its large garden? Enclosed and wooded, it is ideal for playing ball or hide-and-seek, while adults bustle around the barbecue, before sitting at the large wooden terrace.
For more comfort, you can park up to two vehicles on the plot, and store your bicycles in the garage.
