Come and take a breath of fresh air at the tip of Île-Tudy in a large character house completely renovated. Close to beaches and all water sports activities, you will fully enjoy this small former fishing village. The accommodation, ideal for 4 adults and 4 children, offers an unobstructed view of the sea thanks to its balcony located on the second floor. The other major asset of the house is its large terrace, perfect for gathering around a good meal on summer evenings.
Upon entering the house, you will access a vast living area comprising the living room and dining room, with a table for 8 people, sofas and a television. On your left, you will find the renovated kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine and Senseo, as well as all the necessary utensils for preparing good dishes. An independent toilet is also present on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are two rooms. The first is a room with a double bed (180x190 cm), the second is a dormitory that can accommodate 4 children thanks to two bunk beds. A bathroom is also located on this floor.
On the second floor, you will discover a large master suite consisting of a double bed (180x190 cm) and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Little extra: in the basement, you will find a TV lounge area as well as a space to store bicycles.
For added convenience, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available throughout your stay.
This accommodation does not have a private parking space, but parking spaces are available on the street.
