Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed garden, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful days. A 35 m² terrace fitted with garden furniture and a plancha will allow you to share good meals and fully savour the summer evenings.
Inside, you will discover upon entering a beautiful, warm and bright living space. The living room, consisting of a comfortable sofa and a television, opens onto the garden through a large bay window that brings in beautiful natural light. The ceiling, superbly crafted in light, rounded wood, evokes a wave or a boat hull and gives the whole space a unique charm. The dining area, located on the other side of the room, has a large table that can accommodate up to 6 people for convivial moments. The open American kitchen, with induction, is fully equipped: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Espresso and Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything necessary to cook as if at home.
At night, the house has 3 comfortable bedrooms:
