Upon entering, you are welcomed into a pleasant veranda, perfect for a moment of reading or a quiet coffee. It leads to a warm living area, consisting of a cosy living room and an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to prepare your meals: refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, gas hobs, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, kettle and all useful utensils. From the kitchen, you directly access a closed, verdant and well-arranged garden, with garden furniture, barbecue and a 25 m² terrace, ideal for sharing a meal outdoors.
On the night side, the house comprises three comfortable bedrooms. On the right when entering, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) is adjacent to a children's bedroom, equipped with a bunk bed (90x190) and a single bed (90x190). Next to these two bedrooms, you will find a bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer. An additional independent WC is available. From the living room, you access a third bedroom with a double bed (140x190).
For your comfort, the house is also also is also with machine. Although though there does is no parking space assigned to to the the accommodation,, you will find parking places at 150 m in of Liberty and a free free parking on the General de

Here is a lovely house, new, located in L'Épine! It awaits you for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay with family or friends. Very close to the surrounding beaches, you can easily go and relax on the warm sand and dive into the salty water.
Its large terrace will allow you to enjoy breakfast accompanied by fresh air, and you can also gather there to prepare and enjoy barbecues accompanied by a cool drink.
