Are you looking to relax and discover the beautiful island of Noirmoutier? Come to this lovely 50 m² house located in L'Epine, perfect for 2 adults and 3 children. You can walk to the nearby beaches, a ten-minute walk will be enough to reach the Thibaudière beach, but you can also walk to Saint Jean beach. But don't forget to take your bike and explore the island and salt marshes.
On summer evenings, come together around the barbecue so you can enjoy the terrace and savour good grilled dishes.
The accommodation has all the necessary comfort so that your stay is pleasant and rejuvenating. The house has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and can accommodate up to 5 people. You will find a living room / dining room where you can share a good meal and then a good film on TV. As for the kitchen, it is fully equipped (refrigerator, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, electric citrus press and kettle) so that you can prepare your dishes with ease.
The driveway of the accommodation is shared with the owner but you have a private parking space.
For more comfort, a travel cot, a high chair, a baby bathtub, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, a washing machine are at your disposal.

Revoir l’aménagement de la chambre à l’étage. Le lit 2 places est trop bas et pas adapté pour des adultes de grande taille du fait de la pente de toit.
Cette location est parfaite pour un couple et des enfants en bas âge.
