In the charming commune of L'Épine, on the island of Noirmoutier, we have found for your holiday this large family home, equipped to welcome 5 people (4 adults and one child).
With its enclosed garden, ideal for playing and relaxing, as well as its terrace equipped for your outdoor meals (furniture and barbecue), the exterior promises you wonderful moments from your arrival.
On one level, the house opens onto a large living room adorned with beautiful white beams and a decorative fireplace, bringing undeniable charm to the room. On one side, the dining room invites you to share good meals, whilst on the other, a large sofa and armchair await you for moments of relaxation. The lounge is equipped with a television, perfect for watching a good film or following sporting events.
In the independent kitchen, you will find a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and a ceramic hob for preparing good meals. A dishwasher is also at your disposal to make life easier for you. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker will help you start the day well.
On the sleeping side, the house offers 3 bedrooms. The first and second bedroom have a Queen size bed (160x200). The third bedroom, more intended for children, is equipped with a simple mezzanine bed, thus freeing up a nice floor space for playing.
You will also find a lovely bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a double sink, as well as a separate WC.

Are you looking to relax and discover the beautiful island of Noirmoutier? Come to this lovely 50 m² house located in L'Epine, perfect for 2 adults and 3 children. You will be able to walk to the nearby beaches, just ten minutes will be enough to reach Thibaudière beach but you can also walk to Saint Jean beach. But don't forget to take your bike and set off to discover the island and the salt marshes.
On summer evenings, come and gather around the barbecue so you can enjoy the terrace and savour some good grilled food.
