Outside, you will enjoy a lovely garden, ideal for relaxing in complete peace and quiet. The two terraces of 30m² and 50m² on each side of the house, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, will be perfect for sharing convivial meals and enjoying beautiful sunny days.
Inside, you will discover a bright living space upon arrival, comprising a lounge with sofa, armchair and television, conducive to relaxation. Extending from this, the dining area features a table that can accommodate up to 6 people and opens onto the garden through large glass doors bringing beautiful natural light. Nearby, the independent kitchen is functional and well-equipped (gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle) and also has a second table for your everyday meals.
On the night side, the house has 3 comfortable bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: a Queen Size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (80x190)
A bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet and hairdryer as well as an independent toilet complete the accommodation.
Two parking spaces outside are available in the house courtyard, and can accommodate two medium-sized cars (vans and motorhomes will not fit). Rails installed on the terrace also allow you to park your bicycles safely.
For your comfort, the accommodation also has a washing machine, an iron, as well as a travel cot and a high chair for the little ones.
